A tenant turns out to be unsuitable, now what?

If during a chat it turns out that a tenant is not suitable, you can reject them. Click on the button “Reject” at the top of the chat window. The tenant is notified, the tenant can no longer send chats and the chat is deleted.

If you are not in the chat area, you can click on the relevant tenant “View profile” from matches. You will be sent to the tenant’s profile, where you can then reject at the bottom.

I don’t receive notification from interested tenants?

First check your push notification settings. Are these set-up correctly? Close the app properly. Still not receiving notifications after some time? Then create a support ticket and our team will investigate the problem.

Where can I find my chats?

Open the menu and click on matches. Here you will find an overview of all your chats and interested tenants.

How do I know if the potential tenant is reliable?

By means of the personal description and profile picture, you as a lessor can make an estimation of the person. You can also always take a look on this person’s Facebook page or google this person.

In case of doubt, you can ask for tenant screening at a company that offers this.

How do I get in touch with a tenant?

When a tenant is interested in one of your offered properties, a notification will appear: [..] is interested in your object. When you have enabled push-up notifications, you automatically receive notifications about interested tenants.

If the tenant meets your demands, you can accept the tenant. After the Flick moment, the chat function can be used. This way, you can ask questions that are still unanswered, to consequently plan a visit. There is no limit to the number of chats.
